A fun, upbeat class that will get your heart pumping and your feet dancing. Look forward to getting some cardio work, core, and full body toning, all while grooving to the beat. Kids, grab your parents and show them how it’s done!
This class will use your own bodyweight. Feel free to add ankle weights and/or light dumbbells to any combination if you’d like to up your challenge. A small towel/washcloth will be used occasionally as a slider on the floor. Tennis shoes or bare-feet acceptable!
